She married twice. She married John Beresford Hill in Newtown Limavady, Co. Derry, Ireland, 17 April 1803.⁽⁷³⁸⁾ John was born in Ballykerry, Co. Derry, Ireland 16 November 1765.⁽⁷³⁹⁾ John⁽⁷⁴⁰⁾ was the son of Hugh Hill and Hannah Mcclintock. John died 4 December 1806 at 41 years of age.⁽⁷⁴¹⁾ Occupation: Rev. She married _ Steele after 1806.⁽⁷⁴²⁾ Occupation: Capt. 43rd Regt.

John Beresford Hill and Letitia Mccausland had the following children:
