He married twice. He married an unknown person about 1700.⁽¹⁰⁸⁾ He married Hannah Moore in Wexford, Ireland, July 1709.⁽¹⁰⁹⁾ Hannah was born in Garvey, Ireland about 1689.⁽¹¹⁰⁾ Hannah⁽¹¹¹⁾ was the daughter of William Moore. Hannah died 1734 in Drenagh, Derry Co., Ireland, at 45 years of age.⁽¹¹²⁾
