17. William³ QUINN (William², John¹ QUIN) was born in Virginia on 15 March 1790.⁽⁶¹⁾ William died on 21 March 1871 near Rome, Floyd County, GA, at 81 years of age.⁽⁶²⁾

He married twice. He married Rhoda STATHAM 31 August 1815 in Goshen, Lincoln County, GA. Rhoda was born circa 1799 in Wilkes or Lincoln County, GA. Rhoda died on 1 December 1848 in Danburg, Wilkes County, GA, at 49 years of age. He married Mary M. MASON on 26 March 1850 near Rome, Floyd County, GA. Mary was born about 1820 in North Carolina.

William QUINN and Rhoda STATHAM had the following children:

+ 55 i. Barnett Jeter⁴ QUINN was born 9 December 1816.

+ 56 ii. William Davis QUINN was born on 9 August 1818.

+ 57 iii. John McKenney QUINN was born on 9 November 1820.

58 iv. Sarah Jane QUINN < was born in Wilkes County, GA on 22 February 1822. Sarah died in 1826 at 4 years of age.

59 v. Frances Ann QUINN < was born on 31 July 1825. Frances died in 1835 at 9 years of age.
