28. James³ QUINN (Robert S.², John¹ QUIN) was born in Wrightsboro, Columbia County, GA circa 1794.⁽¹⁷⁵⁾ James died in September 1839 in Preble County, OH, at 45 years of age.⁽¹⁷⁶⁾

He married Sarah (Sally) GLINES 16 October 1817 in Preble County, OH.⁽¹⁷⁷⁾ Sarah was born on 18 May 1798. Sarah died on 13 April 1874 in Eaton, Preble County, OH, at 75 years of age.

James QUINN and Sarah (Sally) GLINES had the following children:

+ 113 i. John Lacey⁴ QUINN was born on 29 February 1820.

+ 114 ii. Eliza Ann QUINN was born on 10 September 1821.

+ 115 iii. Robert Marion QUINN was born in 1824.

+ 116 iv. James Harvey QUINN was born in 1826.

117 v. William D. QUINN < was born in Twin Township, Preble County, OH circa 1827.⁽¹⁷⁸⁾ William died circa 1907 in Winchester, Randolph County, IN.⁽¹⁷⁹⁾ He was listed in 1880 in the Federal census in Preble County, OH(age 48).⁽¹⁸⁰⁾ The following individual is also linked to this event: Nelson Jefferson QUINN (Household head). He was living with Nelson J. Quinn and family.

118 vi. Joseph H. QUINN < was born in Twin Township, Preble County, OH circa 1829.⁽¹⁸¹⁾ Joseph died in 1851 in Eaton, Preble County, OH, at 22 years of age.⁽¹⁸²⁾

+ 119 vii. Sarah Jane QUINN was born circa 1837.
