He married Ruth ALLEN 1757.⁽⁶⁵⁴⁾ Ruth was born circa 1738. (Additional notes for Ruth ALLEN⁽⁶⁵⁵⁾) Ruth is deceased.

He migrated circa 1770 from Bridgewater, Massachusetts to Oakham, Massachusetts.

Ichabod Packard is mentioned by Mitchell as "perhaps" a son of George and Mary. he is so listed here although no other corroborating evidence is included to support this.

Ichabod PACKARD and Ruth ALLEN had the following children:

457 i. Mary⁷ PACKARD was born in Bridgewater, Plymouth County, MA on 28 February 1758.⁽⁶⁵⁶⁾ Mary is deceased.

458 ii. Nehemiah PACKARD was born in Bridgewater, Plymouth County, MA on 27 October 1760.⁽⁶⁵⁷⁾ Nehemiah is deceased.

459 iii. Ichabod PACKARD was born in Bridgewater, Plymouth County, MA on 27 March 1763.⁽⁶⁵⁸⁾ Ichabod is deceased. Mitchell indicates that this Ichabod Packard married Rachel Cole in 1786. However, he says the same, "perhaps", of the Ichabod Packard who was the son of Reuben and Anne. Therefore, no marriage is shown, pending other evidence.

460 iv. Lydia PACKARD was born in Bridgewater, Plymouth County, MA on 6 March 1766.⁽⁶⁵⁹⁾ Lydia is deceased.

461 v. Isaac PACKARD was born in Bridgewater, Plymouth County, MA on 9 February 1769.⁽⁶⁶⁰⁾ Isaac is deceased.
